Physical Activity and Eating

The Department of Kinesiology and the Community Health Institute have several faculty members conducting research on issues related to physical activity and healthful eating.  As you know, some of this work relates to sustainability because active community (e.g., walking or biking to school or work) and eating a local food diet rich in fruits and vegetables (lower carbon footprint) are more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
