iSIS Student Information System

K-State has launched the use of the new iSIS student information system, which includes features that allow faculty and administrators to communicate with students with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Impact:

The system automates the process used to communicate advising-related information, financial deadlines, as well as notifications regarding academic standing. The system reduces the need for many of the printed documents used in the past; in addition, it enhances the security of student identities by greatly reducing the use of student Social Security numbers.
